This target is a green pool that is likely producing mosquitoes. The water is
not clear, and has strong discoloration. The unmaintained front yard may be a
sign of an abandoned residence. Immediate attention is necessary for targets
like this.

This target depicts a pool that has dark water at
the bottom of the pool. For purposes of analysis, we call this "half empty
green." This type of pool generally requires even more immediate attention
than targets like #1.
