Technician Report

Our technician reports are the number one method used by our customers to dispatch pool servicing staff. These reports combine three distinct elements to make sure that your technicians get to the correct pool location on the first try:

  1. Target snippet: This is a low-level contextual view of the target and surrounding streets.

  2. Address and target quality field (below the snippet): This is location and other information about the target. If our survey data was joined with a parcel database, the parcel location will appear on the report, as in the example below. If no parcel location is present, it will display the interpolated address for the target.

  3. Context map with exact target location: This map does not reference the address of the property, but its exact location on a map based on our latitude/longitude targeting.

With these three pieces of information available, your pool treatment staff can still find pools even in the toughest of areas.

Other information included on the technician report includes the Flight ID, the unique Target ID, the date the image was taken, and the APN number if available. The "District" field can be anything of your choosing - the 5-digit ZIP of the area, the technician's name, or anything else you can think of. When printed, there is additional space on the page to write new dispatch information, e.g., treatment date, tech ID, pool status, etc....

Printing the technician reports is a very simple process. From your target attribute table, all you need to do is put a "P" in the PrintFlag column for each target you want printed. To make this process even easier, we have created a workflow that works with our snippet sorting program. Once you have flagged your targets for printing, you can use our printing software to print to PDF files or directly to a printer.
